Modern communications conduits are readily available.
A specific email link is set up for each RACS. Emails to this address are transmitted to the relevant senior staff responsible for operational activity at that facility. The response is prompt and when required, immediate.
Matters pertaining to our service e.g. audits, reports, invoicing are transmitted electronically and readily accessible for future reference
