STAFF INDUCTION AND TRAINING

New staff are trained and inducted at the relevant Residential Aged Care Service.  In addition to Midnight Express Mandatory Training, MidEx staff is also required to participate in essential training provided by the RACS e.g. Fire Training or Infection Control Training etc.
Staff are refresher trained 6 monthly on the Mandatory Training required for Residential Aged Care Services.
